Rob is a Supply Chain and Analytics consultant with extensive experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management, Demand Planning and Forecasting, Analytics, Corporate Strategy and e-Commerce. As both an operating executive and a consultant, Rob has helped companies in various industries, ranging from startups to the Fortune 500, build analytical capabilities, improve operational efficiency and inventory performance, reduce costs and increase customer service.
From 2013 to 2017, Rob held leadership positions in Demand Planning and Forecasting at Amazon and in Microsoft's Cloud Infrastructure organization. He played pivotal roles in building analytical and technical teams, processes and systems to solve complex forecasting problems at scale.
Prior to founding REanalyze in 2011,, Rob was Vice President of Supply Chain for Leviton, a leading manufacturer of electrical devices. Reporting to the COO, he led an organization of more than 300 employees across Planning & Inventory Management, Sourcing & Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service and eCommerce.
Rob previously spent 8 years at Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 200 Distributor of electronic components and computer products. As Director of Supply Chain Optimization, he built a team that optimized the company's end-to-end Supply Chain and contributed directly to a 70% increase in inventory turns, while increasing customer service levels, through process improvement, system design & implementation, and quantitative modeling & analysis.
Earlier in his career, Rob was Director of Strategic Planning for eCommerce startup Brandwise.com, a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, and an Aerodynamics Engineer for Grumman Aerospace. He is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), an INFORMS Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) and a Lean Sigma Greenbelt.
Rob earned an MBA with Distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was recognized as a Palmer Scholar for finishing in the top 5% of his graduating class. He also holds an MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
